WEB SHOP/ ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY

Vida Voyager offers refunds on new clothing purchased online only.  Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and include original tags. Clothing returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

We offer exchanges or store credit on all other eligible merchandise up to 30 days of purchase. 

To make a return, email us at shop@vidavoyager.com with your order number (found on your receipt) and reason for return.  We will issue you a label and instructions. Once we've received the returned item we will issue your refund in the original form of payment minus $5 return shipping fee.

  • We make every effort to describe items accurately, so unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

  • All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn with original tags/packaging and packing slip included.

  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and your refund declined.

  • Vida Voyager does not offer price adjustments. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. 

  • If an item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Underwear is FINAL SALE

  • International shipments are FINAL SALE.

  • All make up, deodorant, consumables are FINAL SALE.

  • All discounted items (includes items purchased using a discount code) are FINAL SALE.

We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper.

BRICK + MORTAR RETURN POLICY


We will exchange or provide store credit within 30 days of in-store purchases on items that are unused, unworn, with original tags and receipt (excluding undies, which are final sale). Purchases made at the brick + mortar shop can only be returned at the shop, during business hours.  See web policy for all items that are FINAL SALE.
