WEB SHOP/ ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY
Vida Voyager offers refunds on new, full-price, clothing purchased online only. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and include original tags. Clothing return requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
We offer exchanges or store credit on all other eligible merchandise up to 30 days of purchase.
Return Process:
1. Email us at shop@vidavoyager.com with your order number (found on your receipt) and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return confirmation and a shipping label.
3. Please PROMPTLY ship your return. Your return must be mailed within 5 days of receiving the return label.
4. Upon receiving the return item (it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags) we will issue your refund in the original form of payment minus $5 for return shipping costs.

We make every effort to describe items accurately, so unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn with original tags/packaging and packing slip included.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and your refund declined.

Vida Voyager does not offer price adjustments. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
